⚡ ***We only refund orders via lightning***
⚡

We have a 100 Satoshi cancellation fee. We can cancel & refund your order if it hasn't shipped. Just send us the invoice for 100 satoshis less than the original purchase price, along with your email.

What shipping options do you have? (Tees only)

We ship via first class shipping anywhere in the USA + Puerto Rico. Most orders would arrive in 3-5 business days. You should receive an email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

Please note, USPS First Class Mail is not a guaranteed delivery service. Most of the time, they deliver on time but occasionally orders may take a day or two longer than the stated delivery time.

We also offer international shipping for $16 USD via USPS First Class international flat rate shipping. Please reach out to us to arrange for international shipping.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 2-5 days. We do not offer Sunday delivery so that may add a day to your transit time depending on when you placed your order.

Delivery time depends on your location. Most orders will ship the next business day. Orders in the northeast usually get delivered in 2 days or so. Big cities like L.A or Dallas (and their suburbs) usually receive their orders in 2-4 days. Everywhere else usually receives their orders within 2-5 days.

International orders should arrive within 7 to 21 days.

My package was marked as delivered but I didn't get my package.
The US Post Office is a phenomenal service. 99% of the time packages are delivered on time with absolutely no issues, however we have seen the occasional road bump.

USPS processes around 221 billion letters/packages/parcels a year and are under heavy pressure to deliver these packages within their stated delivery times. The post office is run by people and people aren't perfect. Statistically speaking, errors are bound to happen. 1% of 221 billion is still over 2 billion errors a year. Unfortunately this means that your package was one of those 2 billion packages that ran into an issue.

Sometimes the post office will mark a package as delivered even though it hasn't been delivered yet. Other times, they give it to the wrong person at the wrong address. Sometimes it's been stolen. It's impossible for us to tell what happened here and completely out of our control. All we know is what you seeing on the tracking page.

If your package hasn't been delivered yet, please wait a day or two. Most of the time, USPS catches the mistake and fixes it. However, if it's been longer than 2 days then your package was probably lost, mis-delivered or stolen. If this is the case, please reach out.

Why is there no update on the tracking status? WHERE TF IS MY PACKAGE?

If there's no update on the tracking page, then there's a couple of things that can be going on.

We haven't given your package to the shipping carrier yet.
We gave your package to the shipping carrier but they haven't scanned it yet. Please wait 1-3 days, sometimes the package never sees a tracking update until the day of delivery.
We gave your package to the post office and there has been no tracking update for 5+ days. If this is the case then it's very likely that the post office lost your package before it was ever scanned. Please contact us.

Do you ship to a PO BOX address?
Sure, why not.

My T-shirt ripped/broke/shrunk/the quality sucks, I just don't like it. What is your return policy?
This is like a $3-9 tee. Shipped. We know it says "free shipping" but we don't have some special deal with the post office. We buy a regular stamp just like you do. It costs more to ship this than to make it & we're pretty much selling this at cost. The quality should be solid. Most are printed on port and company or gildan standard cut blanks and those are great, reputable brand t-shirts that should last for years.

We're honestly really sorry about for any issues but any issues are probably outside of our control and all sales are final. If we sent it out, it looked solid enough to us. The point of this project is to help people learn how to price things in satoshis, demonstrate the effects of deflation and have fun giving other Bitcoiners cheap merch. If you would like, you can download the graphic and print it on whatever t-shirt blank you like - all of our designs are free and open source for anyone to use/modify however they want.

Why do you only Publish guides for Raspberry Pi's or Linux based devices? What about Mac or Windows?

Miners usually run like crap on windows and I personally never got it running correctly with any mining software. They might have been useable but they just run a lot smoother on Linux. I don't recommend mining if you don't want to learn how to use linux or open source software.

⚡ Lightning Lotto ⚡ Policies

What is Solo mining?
Solo mining means that if you find a block, you get all the block reward minus the pool 0.5% fee. It also means that if anyone else on the pool finds a block, you won't get any reward from that block.

What is the return policy?
In general once a contract date is picked and mining is initiated, the sale is final. If you want to cancel your order before mining starts, we reserve the right to charge a 100 Satoshi cancellation fee.

If you buy a solo mining contract and you do not get a block, sorry but there is no refund. Feel free to try again!

If you buy a solo mining contract and you aren't happy with the hash rate you received, please send us a message and we'll look into it. Once we point the hash rate to you something you control, we have less visibility on what's going on so if the hash rate is lower than advertised, you need to let us know.

We can point our machines to any BTC mining pool that will accept our hashrates. We do not mine BCH, BSV or any competing SHA-256 coin. Sorry but we do not mine altcoins.

We are working on implementing a local mining node where you can provide us your wallet address and we mine through our own local nodes and peers for maximum privacy if a block is indeed found. This feature is still in development and not yet available.

Solo Mining Pool:

If you just provide a wallet address, we will usually mine via CK Pool or through sha256.io

We personally recommend Kano Pool. Make sure to register your own account for maximum control & verification. After you create an account, you need to quickly change it to a solo mining account (there is only a 2 hour window to do this after you create an account, however the entire process should only take 1-3 minutes and only needs to be done once). After logging in, hover over Account and select Verify to confirm your email. Then you need to set up your Bitcoin payout address. Any valid Bitcoin address should be fine. The last and final step is actually changing the account type. Hover over Account, select Solo, scroll past the "You will not be able to change the account from Solo back to PPLNS" and click on "Switch".

If you let us know your username, we can point the hash rate to your account any time you'd like to mine solo in the future. You are free to change your payout address as you see fit and all the hash rate statistics should be reported on the Workers > Workers tab. You can see where your rank by hash rate in the pool by going over Pool > Stats. Kano Pool is great because if you are looking to learn about mining, they have a ton of great help guides, information etc.

We are also working on publishing new g
uides on how to mine with some of these harder to find, older legacy ASICS on modern devices such as the newest Raspberry Pi 4's through mining pools and your own local node as well. It is our goal to make it as "plug and play" as possible so you can replicate what we created on your own!
